Here at Harris Primary Academy Kent House, we provide a Breakfast Club and After School Club for all children from Reception through to Year 6 whose parents require these.  The clubs are well organised, stimulating and fun.

Our goal is to provide all children in our care with a happy, safe, caring and stimulating environment before and after school. The Breakfast Club and After School Club is a team effort, sharing responsibilities with families to provide the best care for all children. Any issues are openly or confidentially discussed. Please fell free to contact us to discuss anything, or pass on information.

The Breakfast Club is usually open Monday thru Friday from 7:45am. The After School Club is usually open from the end of the school day until 6:00pm. Both clubs are only open during term time, excluding INSET Days.

Breakfast Club

The following are the new procedures for the Breakfast Club:

  • The Breakfast Club will start again from Monday, 21 September 2020
  • All pupils MUST pre-register, and receive confirmation of registration before using the Breakfast Club
  • The Breakfast Club will be held in the Dining Hall, and NOT the Main Hall, as has been the case previously
  • All pupils will be kept within their year group bubbles, as they are in the main school
  • All pupils and parents will enter via the Kent House Road gate, please buzz on the gate to be let in
  • VERY IMPORTANT – you MUST arrive between 7.45am and 8.00am, NO LATER THAN 8.00am!
  • The days you have requested a place, and have been registered for, will be the days charged (as detailed above)
  • In the event of non-attendance at school you will not be charged for the Breakfast Club for that day
  • In the event of a ‘no show’ at Breakfast Club, but your child’s attendance at school is marked as present, you WILL be charged for the Breakfast Club place for that day
