Key Worker Provision

We will be re-commencing (subject to Government restrictions) the Key Worker/Vulnerable Children Group at Kent House for Year Groups - Reception to Year 6 - from Tuesday, 5 January 2021.

The School Day for Key Worker/Vulnerable Children:

Start and End of the Day:

  • There will be staggered start and end times to the school day, times as above
  • The entrance for all year groups will be through the car park wooden gates on Kent House Road (The car drive will not be in use by cars at this time)
  • We will operate a queue and one-way system, which will be clearly marked for both entrances
  • The pick-up entrance for all year groups will be the same: through the car park wooden gates on Kent House Road (The staff car park drive will not be in use at this time)
  • Please ensure only one parent drops off and collects at the start and end of the school day

Wraparound Care for Key Worker/Vulnerable Children 

The following are the procedures for Wraparound Care:

  • Wraparound Care will commence on Monday, 11 January 2021 for post-school provision ONLY. Breakfast provision is temporarily suspended
  • Wraparound Care will be held in the Dining Hall
  • All pupils will be kept within their year group bubbles, as they are in the main school
  • All pupils and parents will enter and exit via the Kent House Road gate, please buzz on the gate to be let in
  • VERY IMPORTANT – the After-School Club will finish at 5.00pm AT THE LATEST!!
  • You will only be charged if your child uses and attend the service
